1. What is the Rongmy™ System for Men?

It includes a urine collector (urinal device, urinal), a urination pump, a urine bag, and urinal fixing pants. For the first-time purchase, it is recommended to buy the Starter set, and accessories can be purchased separately for replenishment.

2. Can I use the Rongmy™ System on my own?

3. Can it be reused? How often should the urinal device, urinal, and urine bag be replaced?

Yes, it can be reused. The urinal device, urinal, and urine bag can be reused after being cleaned. The urination pump and fixing pants can be used for a long time.

The urinal device and urinal should be replaced every 60 days. If there are signs of aging or the urinal probe is severely corroded by urine, it should be replaced in advance. The urine bag should be replaced every 30 days. If there are signs of aging, it should be replaced in advance.

4. Will the probe be corroded by urine?

Yes, it will. The corrosion of metal by urine is a natural phenomenon. The probe is made of solid stainless steel. After being used for some time (typically 90 days) , the surface of the probe will be corroded and discolored by urine. You can scrape off the corroded layer on the surface with a small knife and then continue to use it. If the probe is severely corroded, it should be replaced in advance.

5. Can the accessories be purchased separately?

Yes, they can. Purchase the set for the first time, and the replacement accessories can be purchased separately. The accessories are all compatible with the urination pump.

6. How do I choose the size of the urinal device?

There are three sizes of urinal devices. Choose the size that suits you for a comfortable fit. The first-time purchase set includes three urinal devices of large, medium, and small sizes. When purchasing accessories for replenishment, only choose the size that suits you.

If the length of the user’s penis is more than 3 centimeters in the flaccid state, measure the circumference of the penis and choose the appropriate size according to the measurement.

7. Is the system breathable? Will it cause skin inflammation due to poor air permeability?

The system is breathable to prevent skin irritation. There is a ventilation hole on the urinal to maintain air circulation. Every time the pump drains urine, it will also suck out the moisture in the urinal. The moisture enters the urine bag and is discharged through the ventilation hole on the urine bag.

8. There is a ventilation hole on the urinal. Will urine leak when turning over significantly while lying in bed?

If used correctly, there will be no urine leakage. The ventilation hole on the urinal is responsible for air circulation and maintaining a constant air pressure. After wearing the urinal, the ventilation hole is at the highest point. When the user turns over significantly while lying in bed, stick a small piece of urine-absorbing patch inside the fixing pants, with the urine-absorbing patch facing the ventilation hole. The urine-absorbing patch can catch the small amount of urine that may seep out from the ventilation hole.

9. Will the urinal device fall off when worn on the penis?

The part of the urinal device that contacts the skin is made of soft and elastic silicone. The surface of the silicone has been treated with anti-slip measures. If you choose the appropriate size of the urinal device, it will not fall off after wearing.

10. Can I wear it for 24 hours a day?

Yes, you can wear it for 24 hours a day. However, It is recommended to remove the urinal and the urinal device once every 8 hours, let the skin at the wearing area relax for at least 5 minutes, wipe the skin at the wearing area with a wet towel, and then wear it again.

11. Is there any requirement for the placement position of the urination pump?

After the urination pump is connected to the urinal, as long as the urination tube is kept smooth, the urination pump can be placed in any position, even in a position higher than the human body, and it will not affect the urination effect.

12. Can I use it while sitting in a wheelchair?

Yes, you can. When sitting in a wheelchair, as long as the urinal is tilted upward, the pump can suck out the urine. Make sure the ventilation hole on the urinal is on the upper side, refer to the picture.

13. How fast can this device drain?

The two suction tubes on both sides inside the urinal work simultaneously, and the designed suction force is 1000 milliliters per minute. When one suction tube works, the designed suction force is 500 milliliters per minute.

14. How much urine can the collection canister hold?

The capacity is 2000cc (mL). The urine bag should be emptied before the capacity reaches 1800cc (mL), or emptied as needed.

15. Is the system rechargeable or plug-in?

You can still use this device while charging. The urination pump has a built-in battery. A full charge can last up to 2-5 days, depending on the number of times the user urinates. It also supports using while charging. In short, it is similar to charging a mobile phone.

16. Is it safe when powered on?

The voltage in the urinal is only 3 to 4.2 volts, which is much lower than the safe voltage of 12 volts, so it is very safe.

17. How to charge the urination pump?

Use a self-provided 5v charger and plug in the charging cable to charge. When charging, the indicator light on the urination pump shows red. After it is fully charged, the indicator light shows green, and you can unplug the charging cable. A fast charger with a higher voltage may damage or destroy the device.

18. Is the sound loud when draining urine?

The urination pump only makes a sound when draining urine, and the sound is comparable to a quiet conversation. Most of the time, the urination pump does not make a sound when it is not sucking urine. The pump can be placed under the quilt to reduce the sound. According to the statistics of 300 users, the sound of the urination pump sucking urine does not affect sleep.

19. Can it be worn when the penis is erect?

No, it can’t. The urinal device should be worn when the penis is flaccid, and the urinal device and urinal need to be removed when the penis is erect.
