Q: What if my Rongmy™ System is damaged when it’s delivered?
If your Rongmy™ System arrives damaged, be the first to record a video and contact one of our customer service specialists via email to detail the damage and learn how to replace it.
Q: What is the return policy?
If you need to return a product, please contact customer service within 7 days after it’s been delivered. Only 80% of the purchase price will be refunded, considering that it’s a personal hygiene product.
Please note that you need to bear the return shipping cost yourself. That is to say, when you choose to send the goods back to us, you have to contact the express company on your own and pay the corresponding shipping fees at the time of mailing. Q: Is the Rongmy™ System under warranty?
Within three months of receiving the Rongmy™ System, if the Urine Pump is damaged (not caused by external damage), please contact customer service for warranty. Due to the corrosive nature of urine, Urine devices, urine funnels, and other products have a cycle of use, so it is not under warranty!
